The Aspire Learning Federation is made up of two schools - Elm Park Primary School and R J Mitchell Primary School in the London Borough of Havering.

School Council

Our School Council gives pupils a real voice in school life. Two pupils from each class, from Year 1 to Year 6, are democratically elected by their classmates to represent them. Older pupils take on additional leadership roles as chair and secretary.

The forum meets each half term, following an agreed agenda and working together to set the agenda for the next meeting. These meetings give pupils the opportunity to share ideas, raise concerns and celebrate what is working well in school.

Through the Class Learning Forum, pupils develop leadership skills, confidence and a sense of responsibility. Their feedback helps shape learning experiences and contributes to making our school an even better place for everyone.
