The Aspire Learning Federation is made up of two schools - Elm Park Primary School and R J Mitchell Primary School in the London Borough of Havering.

What is Our School Travel Plan?
Our School Travel Plan sets out how we encourage safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly travel to and from school. Its purpose is to reduce traffic congestion, improve safety around the school, and promote sustainable travel choices such as walking, cycling, scooting, and public transport.

Park & Stride locations for safer drop-offs

Information about local bus routes and timetables

Road safety workshops and assemblies

Liaising with the local council on crossing patrols and safety measures
Driving to School
If you need to drive:

Please park safely and considerately away from school gates

Do not block driveways or zebra crossings

Use Park & Stride areas where possible

Keep engine off while waiting (no idling)
This helps protect pupils and residents and reduces unnecessary traffic.
Keeping Children Safe
