Dear Parents and Carers,

I am writing to inform you of an important staffing matter that affects your child's class. Your child's class teacher, Miss Mbirimi is currently absent from school due to medical reasons, and we are awaiting confirmation regarding the duration of this absence.

Based on the information available to us at present, we do not anticipate that the class teacher, Miss Mbirimi, will return before the end of this term. We understand that this news may cause some concern, and we want to assure you that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure continuity in your child's education during this period.

We have implemented appropriate cover arrangements to maintain the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom. The class is being covered by Mr Tippusulthan, who will be able to cover the class for the rest of this term. He is working closely with Mrs Carey, Gabszewicz class teacher to ensure continuity in planning and teaching across Year 5.

Our priority remains ensuring that your child continues to receive the excellent education they deserve, with minimal disruption to their academic progress and daily routine.

We will keep you informed of any developments regarding this situation and will communicate any changes to the arrangements as soon as we receive further information. Should you have any concerns or questions about your child's learning during this time, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
