* Please send your child in their PE Kit for the quad kids event, kits will not be provided as per the original letter.
* Your child must be at Elm Park Primary School (RM12 5UA) no later than 8am. The coach will leave at 8:15am sharp, failure to arrive on time will result in your child having to be dropped off at the venue. We will be back to R J Mitchell by normal collection time at the end of the day.
* Please ensure your child has a packed lunch (unless you pre-ordered a school lunch), has plenty of water, a hat and sunscreen. The weather is predicted to be very hot.
* Spectators are welcome to watch the event, it starts at 9:30 and ends at 12:30. Spectators will have a designated area within Blackshots Athletic Stadium (RM16 2JU) and are asked for a £1 donation upon arrival. Portaloos are available for spectators to use.
