Dear parents & carers
Please see below some information regarding tomorrow's event.
* Please send your child in PE kit - kits will not be provided as the letter stated
* Please arrive to school no later than 8am. The coach will leave at 8:15am sharp. If your child misses the coach, they will need to be dropped to Blackshots Athletic Stadium - RM16 2JU where a member of staff will meet them, outside the leisure centre at 9am.
* Please ensure your child has a packed lunch, unless you pre-ordered a school lunch, water bottle and sun protection.
