Please be reminded that if your child is absent you can either:

1)  Call 01708 551684, select option 1 and leave a message

2)  Email the office via rjmschooloffice@theaspirelearningfederation.co.uk 

3) Via the school website, (Report An Absence can be found under the 'Parents tab')

Please ensure you clearly state your child's name, child's class and reason for absence and expected return date to school.

The school office is very busy between 8-9.30am and 2.45-4.00pm, therefore, please also email 

rjmschooloffice@theaspirelearningfederation.co.uk 

with any queries, concerns, drop off/pick-up questions.

 If you would like to speak to your child's class teacher please email them via their work email which can be found on the school website ('Meet the Staff' can be found under the 'About Us' tab).

Please be reminded that the school gate closes at 9.00am and if you arrive late via the school office you will be asked the reason for your lateness.  

The school gate opens at 3.00pm, please do not press the buzzer to come through before 3.00pm, we will not be able to let you through the gate. 

Similarly, please do not enter the school grounds if the gate is open due to someone leaving.  We need to safeguard our pupils and staff and should only have authorised personnel on site at these times.
